Informed Financial Consent
We know how important it is to get IFC right. Each patient receives a branded professional document via SMS or E mail detailing all your professional costs together with an estimated fee and out of pocket expense for your services. Our staff are extremely experienced and approachable to handle any queries your patients may have about your fees.

Calendar and operating list management
We will upload all of your patient lists into a secure online calendar ahead of time so you can see how busy you are likely to be during your week. We ensure all patient details are correct and each patient has the relevant information about you and your services

Prompt payment aquisition
We will submit all your accounts to medicare, the health fund, patient or other third party within 2 business days of receiving them from you. We then put in place a system to promptly chase any payments that need to be made. Our service includes a pre-payment system to ensure bad debt is eliminated. All payments are able to reach your account securely via EFPTOS, Bank Transfer, Bpay or Credit Card.

Patient Health Surveys
We send out patient health surveys to all your patients, so you can see whether there are any patients that need extra attention or consultation prior to surgery. These are sent out with information about you and your service costs so that patients go into their surgery fully informed about what to expect.

Consultations, Pre op reports and Letters
If you have any patients requiring face-to-face consultations we will arrange these for you. Simply tell us your preferred date and times and we will take care of the rest. We will automatically chase any GP or specialist summaries, pre-operative reports and letters prior to your consultations, so that you can focus on delivering the best care to your patients.

Continuing Professional Development
We know that CPD is an important part of your practice, but can be tricky to keep current due to work and home commitments. We can organise multi source feedback forms and patient surveys as part of your CPD commitment. We will put the summary into a PDF file for your portfolio records.

All our staff have a high level of experience interacting with staff of surgical and GP rooms so that you are represented in a good light. All our staff undergo training in communication to ensure a smooth, friendly, and efficient interaction with your colleague’s staff members.

Anaesthetist Promotion
Whether you are just starting out in private practice or looking for more work, our staff will make a point of promoting you and your service to surgical colleagues. Anaesthesia Suite will provide a point of contact for surgeons or other proceduralists looking for anaesthetic cover for their lists. Our Fees

Percentage of Billings
If you want, we can charge a competitively priced fixed percentage of your monthly billings. We provide a monthly summary of your billings so you can see what has come into your practice, and the exact percentage we’ve billed for.

Fixed Monthly Cost
For those practitioners who would rather pay a fixed monthly fee, this is no problem. We charge a competitively priced monthly fee for our services based on your monthly working schedule. Please get in touch for your estimated cost.

Per Account Fee
If you prefer, we can charge a fixed per account fee according to whether it is a simple ‘no-gap’ account or a more ‘complex’ account requiring more administrative input. Please get in touch for a break down on how this works.
